This is my first day back to work after being sick for a week. I may have gotten what I had from my hairdresser's daughter.

J said I looked like I had a beard my throat was so swollen.

I am better now. A week of rest was what the doctor ordered and what my body needed.

Why do I seem to always get sick when the seasons change?

So how dumb does this sounds? Evil Telecommunications Empire wants us to call customers to verify dispatch hours in spite of another department confirming the hours. Then another department also calls the customer to verify the dispatch.

Wow and gee do you think, Mr Big Bossman, this might be the reason the customer is pissed off at us. Because is spite of already confirming it once, we know confirm it THREE times.

Why do they think this will help us with our customer service rating?

Working for the weekend

Yup that's what I am doing. I will be working Saturday and Sunday. It was worth it to have this past Monday off in my opinion.

When I work for the weekend, I work both days and have been doing this since 2000. You would think that my husband could remember this after all this time.
Nope.

He makes plans for my BIL and SIL and the two of us to go apple picking on Sunday cause even thought he's working the weekend, his weekend consists of working Saturday.

*sigh*

So no apples for me. I R sad.

Crazy work day

There are three people out of the group I work in and partner in crime got to be the one to suffer as she would IM me and wouldn't get an answer right away.

The six people in my work group have all complained to the big boss that we need at least two more people to help out with the calls.

We have gotten no where.

*sigh*

Hopefully most of the crew will be in tomorrow.

Sunday went to the Pats game. Long day, good game, very wet.

I can't believe that it's only Thursday. The week has already felt too long, but I can look forward to Bones and Supernatural tonight.

This weekend will be fun. Bead show with partner in crime and Patriots game on Sunday. And I am working next weekend so Monday is my DU, so I can rest and recover from Pats game.

Needed to change features on the new phone. If I didn't have to sit a computer for 8 hous the idea of email from my phone would be helpful.

All I find it is annoying. Cause it is so not needed.

If I need to check email or surf, it's useful to have access, but it is so not anywhere near needed ALL THE TIME.
